At this point we'll take a note of your return address & contact details. Your place in our repair system is now confirmed, so the quicker you get your device to us, the quicker we can have it fixed.

Send Us Your Device

Once your iPhone, iPad or other device is booked in to be repaired, all you have to do is send it to us at the following address:

Ensure you package it well before posting, as we don't want any further damage to occur in transit to us. Also don't risk not insuring your item for its full value when sending to us.
We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interparcel.

We'll Fix it!

Once we've received your device our technicians will get to work.

The first step is for them to run a thorough fault diagnosis on the device. If faults are found over and above those which you've booked it in for, we will contact you to see if you'd like these fixed too. We don't mind either way, but want to ensure your device is returned in perect working order.

After diagnosis is complete, we will repair and replace all the relevant parts on your device. This process takes upto 2 days. We know you'll be keen to get your device back, so we'll do our best to ensure you aren't waiting long!

Your Device Will Be Returned

As soon as we've fixed it, you're getting it back!

There'll be no delays either, as we return all devices using a next day courier service, like Royal Mail Special Delivery. It will be fully insured to ensure that you get your device back in perfect working order.
